Caregiver Position

Then come join our team as a Caregiver! We are looking for professional Caregivers to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt to new situations quickly and perform a variety of tasks to help the clients served. Responsibilities
Provide companionship and actively engage with the clients served Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and meal assistance Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing Lay out clothes and assisting with dressing as needed Plan and prepare meals, paying close attention to following any dietary restrictions if applicable Provide medication reminders as needed Provide transportation to and from appointments Accurately document the day's activity and any unusual incidents as per company protocols Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies Qualifications
Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect Ability to adhere to the client's provided plan of care Ability to act quickly and use sound judgment Excellent time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and safe and reliable transportation Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations Tolerance to small pets (i.e. dogs and/or cats) Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus!
