We currently have an exciting opportunity for Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This individual will be responsible for supporting retail & tux distribution, transportation, and manufacturing by partnering with various teams and providing financial analysis, accurate forecasts, and insightful information to help management drive positive business results. The Senior Financial Analyst will also provide Senior Management with conceptual, economic, and business analysis necessary to make strategic business decisions with respect to the company's business portfolio. What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

Create monthly and annual plans and forecasts for retail & tux distribution, transportation, and manufacturing for all business entities in a timely manner Support retail & rental distribution, hub distribution, transportation management and Joseph Abboud manufacturing through management reports that contain critical KPIs necessary to evaluate the business Identify opportunities to leverage technology/systems to automate manual reporting and compilation processes Research and provide explanations for any large month-end variances vs. financial plan and last year for several P&L line items Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic insight to cross-functional teams Create presentations and other communication materials for executive management and Board of Directors meetings, earnings releases, investor conferences, industry events, and meetings with analysts and institutional investors Maintain hierarchy for retail & tux distribution, transportation, and Joseph Abboud manufacturing in Hyperion Essbase Support distribution, financial, and executive management with special analysis and ad hoc reporting Work with account managers from Fed Ex, Ryder, and Cass Actively participate in weekly/monthly meetings with distribution and transportation operations management to review and evaluate performance Additional duties as assigned Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA desirable 5+ years minimum work experience in planning, evaluation, and financial analysis Retail logistics, distribution, & manufacturing reporting and analysis experience strongly preferred Financial statement (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement) modeling and analysis experience Ability to translate complex business/financial situations and questions into simple and clear conclusions and communication tools Work experience and proficiency with financial and forecasting/budget software applications required; Hyperion Smart View, Hyperion Planning, and PeopleSoft Financial experience strongly preferred Possess an understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, and analytical tools (DCF, IRR, payback) Advanced use of Microsoft Office program Excel Proficient use of other Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with Corporate Executives, Business Management, and functional groups such as Legal, and the CFO of the organization Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of cost benefit analysis as it relates to investment/project measurement Ability to effectively collaborate with and support cross-functional teams High level of initiative and critical thinking to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where self-motivation and initiative are critical to success Ability to access data from financial systems and understand the corporate mapping and hierarchy, PeopleSoft experience preferred Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment Structured, disciplined approach to work, with attention to detail Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
