Business Development Manager
to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across key verticals. This is a strategic role ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the digital display or AV industry. What You'll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (e.g., retail, transportation, DOOH). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and system integrators. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand our presence in North America and globally. Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product offerings. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development. Represent organization at trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Track sales pipeline and report on KPIs using CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365). What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in AV or display technology. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Nice to Have
Experience with high-brightness or outdoor display technologies. Familiarity with OEMs, VARs, and system integrators. Multilingual skills are a plus. Why Join Us?
