Shifts Available:
1st Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift:
2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Control and monitor heat treat furnaces according to written procedures. Prepare materials for processing, including loading and unloading furnaces, bins, fixtures, and baskets. Identify and report any unusual problems or irregularities to the supervisor. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards. Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop additional skills.
Requirements:
Ability to follow written instructions and shop orders. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Previous experience in a manufacturing or heat-treating environment is a plus.
