With large annual revenues and an aggressive growth plan, we're looking for a Controller to lead our accounting operations and help shape the financial future of our company. we're restoring lives and creating opportunities. As an industry leader with over 100 team members, and a growing multi-location footprint, we're seeking a bold, results-driven leader. What You'll Do: Oversee all accounting functions: A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, and job costing Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Analyze financial performance and project profitability; drive cost control strategies Own and optimize the job costing process and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting Collaborate with operations to align financials with project execution Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance Lead and mentor a small, high-performing accounting team Implement process improvements and optimize financial systems What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a senior or Controller-level role Background in construction, restoration, or project-based accounting Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP, and GAAP Experience with accounting and restoration industry tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xactimate, DASH) Analytical, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with a leadership mindset Clear communicator who collaborates well across departments Why Join Us?
