Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and learning. Supervise and engage with children in daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate with parents about their child's development. Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive classroom atmosphere. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Requirements
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Excellent communication skills and a passion for nurturing young children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a love for teaching. About Us
