Managing the restaurant floor, maintaining guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with regulations, recruiting, training, and retaining staff are key duties. You will also oversee food quality, inventory, equipment, sanitation, security, and marketing promotions, along with completing all necessary reports and documentation.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
2+ years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to speak and read English
Basic math skills
