In this role you will help develop and maintain a high quality, efficient and effective medical team, by fostering an environment of trust, teamwork and accountability by working in tandem with the Hospital Manager and reporting directly to the Regional Manager.

Novato, CA What You'll Do: Provide exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of pets Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions Offer preventative care and client education to promote pet wellness Collaborate with a compassionate team of veterinary professionals and support staff Maintain detailed and accurate medical records What We Offer: Competitive salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (negotiable based on experience) Production Incentive Plan / Bonus structure No negative accrual and no non-compete!
