Warehouse Associates
Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc., Burlington, Texas, United States, 76519
Job Purpose
You do the hard work. Why does it always feel like no one notices?
You're the one lifting, loading, delivering, keeping everything moving-and yet somehow, it feels like you're invisible. At Wisenbaker, we don't just see the effort. We depend on it. Whether you're on the warehouse floor or behind the wheel, you're not just a number here-you're the reason we succeed.
Experience is a bonus, not a requirement. If you've got the drive, we've got your back.
Your Mission:
Keep operations running smoothly from the inside out. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be hands-on-receiving, staging, organizing, and prepping materials. As a Box Truck Driver, you'll make sure those materials arrive safely and on time. Either way, you're at the heart of the operation, and we're counting on your speed, accuracy, and reliability.
This is more than a job-it's a role that gets recognized.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute of It!):
Warehouse Associates: Organizing and managing inventory, making sure everything is in the right place and easy to find Keeping the warehouse tidy and efficient - we like to keep things neat and moving Picking, packing, and prepping orders for delivery with speed and accuracy Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless operations and to get things done on time, every time
Box Truck Drivers:
Safely transporting goods to and from our warehouse with a friendly attitude and top-notch driving skill Loading and unloading your truck, ensuring every item is secure and ready for its destination Keeping detailed records of deliveries and pickups, so we always know where everything is Working closely with the warehouse team to make sure products are delivered promptly and without issue
Qualifications & Required Skills
What We're Looking For:
A can-do attitude and a team spirit that shines
For Warehouse Associates:
Strong attention to detail - you'll be the one making sure everything is in order Ability to lift up to 65lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills that make you the go-to person for making things run smoothly Pallet Jack and Forklift experience valued
For Box Truck Drivers:
