Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for our client in the financial industry, located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Work with IT, Business, and technical partners to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Combine business and technology skills with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills. Serve as a servant leader and facilitator between Business/dev partners and IT, understanding needs and managing project success through the entire lifecycle. Guide the team to be self-organized. Remove impediments and escalate issues as needed. Lead planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing requirements, processes, solution design, test cases, and implementation planning in partnership with Project Managers, Stakeholders, and IT groups. Lead other IT project work based on changing demands. Enforce best practices including change management and quality standards for the team. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year experience in a related field. Minimum of 7 years experience as a technical product manager in a project-based environment. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with tools like JIRA/Confluence. Good time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills across organizational levels. Experience working in dynamic environments with adaptability to changing priorities. Ability to assess and support Scrum maturity levels. Knowledge of project and software development methodologies/techniques. Strong presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills. Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
