This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications and collaborating with stakeholders and IT professionals to meet business needs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and application features. Design and develop robust, scalable, and user-friendly software applications. Write clean, efficient, well-documented code using appropriate programming languages and tools. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure application quality and functionality. Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes. Maintain and update existing applications, incorporating new features and enhancements. Create technical documentation and user manuals. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices, fostering continuous learning and innovation for professional growth and company success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in software development, especially application development. Proficiency in one or more programming languages. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles. Experience with database design and management. Experience with testing and debugging tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Bonus Points (Optional): Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Certifications in application development. Experience in Agile development environments.
