The General Manager will oversee all aspects of Huntsville's park operations, including guest services, food and beverage, training, and daily operations. This role reports directly to the owner and works to uphold operational and cultural standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General
Support and lead the team to deliver excellent service and operations Coach and develop a diverse team through effective communication Manage operational facets, including financial reporting Uphold Altitude standards and expectations Oversee inventory, reporting, labor, and spending within park guidelines Track and manage expenses in line with policies Establish profitability goals and recognize positive team behaviors People
Recruit, hire, and develop talent Set clear expectations and uphold brand standards Implement training programs to ensure team success and positive guest experiences Create a work environment conducive to staff retention Manage staffing levels considering team well-being and business needs Motivate and influence staff through recognition and accountability Identify and develop high-potential staff for advancement Sales
Implement sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with support teams Manage budgets and business plans to achieve financial targets Set departmental goals, track progress, and ensure accountability Guest Services
Create a memorable, on-brand guest experience Gather and utilize guest feedback for improvement Maintain a safe and secure environment for all visitors QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Minimum 5 years of management experience in entertainment or food and beverage sectors Proven ability to recruit, motivate, develop, and retain top talent Availability to work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to operate in a fast-paced, distraction-filled environment Physical ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds regularly Track record of achieving financial goals Strong leadership by example and professional demeanor
