Lead Pricing Analyst (Bids and Proposals)
Remote (US-Based)

This Bid Pricing Lead is a senior-level position responsible for complex budget analyses and pricing strategies for proposals across various clients, including private companies, institutions, civic government and DoD.
Reporting to the Manager of Pricing and Analysis, this role involves:
Leading pricing on complex proposals, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure competitive and timely pricing. Managing pricing support functions from pre-RFP to negotiations, including cost volume development and compliance with RFP specifications. Developing pricing strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness. Documenting and refining pricing processes, providing training and support to less experienced team members. Staying abreast of market dynamics and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures. Requirements
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in price proposal preparation, budget development, and pricing strategies. Proficiency in various contract types and pricing models. (Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time and Materials, etc.) Projects of $10M+ and international scope required. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Salesforce and other relevant technology platforms. Minimum of 10 years of related experience, preferably 14 years. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance required.
