Role and Responsibilities: Performs the duties of a paying and receiving teller: cashes checks; accepts deposits and loan payments and safe deposit rent; sells Official Checks; completes CTRs and Cash Log as needed; takes check orders; performs Visa/Mastercard cash advances; Performs the duties of a Customer Service representative: opens new accounts; monitors check orders; cross-sells all accounts offered by the bank; assists customers with IRAs and IRA questions and with account inquiries and outgoing wires; orders Mastercard debit/ATM cards; distributes incoming mail daily. Opens, Balances, and Closes Card Wizard Machine daily. Complies with CIP requirements. Scans teller work for Branch Capture and performs regular cleaning of scanner. Balances ATM and cash vault on a rotating basis. Assists with opening and closing procedures. Orders office supplies as needed. Answers telephone and assists customer or transfers to the appropriate person. Seeks opportunities to expand banking relationship with customers. Employee has prompt and regular attendance. Has a helpful attitude with co-workers and customers. Strives to improve the efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor. Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, Compliance, BSA, and supervisor on a timely basis. Follows IT Security Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Physical Requirements :

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
