Group/Division SPTS wafer processing solutions include silicon etch, dielectric etch, dry-release etch, PVD, PECVD, and MVD, with wafer-handling options suitable for R&D, pilot, or volume production. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Candidates should have a solid background in electronics, RF theory, mechanical engineering, vacuum technology, and basic knowledge of plasma processing equipment. Required skills include troubleshooting RF, Pneumatic, Vacuum, Electronic (AC/DC), PLC, DeviceNet, and Computer issues at the component level. Knowledge of MS DOS, Win311, WinNT, Win XP, WinVista, and MS Office is essential. Excellent communication, organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently or in teams are necessary. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 3 weeks or more per month) is required. Job Duties/Responsibilities Provide service support to customers, including system commissioning, breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance. Develop close relationships with customers to promote product sales. Offer feedback for product and process improvements. Complete field reports promptly. Perform other duties as required.

Physical Requirements Travel up to 80-90% to support customers. Lift 50 lbs. overhead occasionally and frequently. Bend, twist, and work on hands and knees or back while servicing equipment. Read schematics, signs, and manuals; interpret color spectrum. Work standing for up to 2 hours; perform chamber cleaning procedures.

Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree or 2 years of work experience; Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of work experience; Doctorate with no experience or Master's with 3 years or Bachelor's with 5 years of experience. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $35.77 - $60.82/hour.
