Data Center Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Center Program Manager to drive long-term improvements across our data center infrastructure. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of our operations by managing cross-functional projects, performing in-depth data analysis, and coordinating issue resolution efforts with engineering and operations teams. Hybrid Job Description: Drive improvements in data center infrastructure by managing cross-functional projects and coordinating teams. Responsibilities: Explore and analyze data to identify patterns, relationships, and trends using tools and techniques. Create visual data representations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate findings clearly. Prepare reports and presentations to share insights with stakeholders, influencing policy and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and support informed decision-making. Clean and prepare data by filtering, handling missing values, and ensuring relevance and accuracy. Conduct initial investigations of fleet data to identify deployment or production issues and create bugs for resolution. Manage well-defined projects, communicate progress, risks, and mitigations effectively. Consolidate information from tickets, bugs, and documents into tracking sheets for the team and stakeholders. Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Perform technical due diligence to evaluate engineering scope, milestones, timelines, and resource needs. Experience: At least 5 years of program management experience. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, JMP, or Python. Strong interpersonal skills to influence and work effectively with others. Experience managing medium to large projects, especially in data center environments. Experience with managing large, complex projects and New Product Introduction (NPI).
