Information Security Analyst
to join our team in Atlanta. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's information by implementing security measures and controls. You will work closely with IT teams to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to stay updated on the latest security threats and solutions. This is a contract position with a salary of
$1000 per week , open to Indian professionals proficient in English. Responsibilities:
Monitor networks and systems for potential security breaches Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for resolution Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats Collaborate with IT teams to implement security solutions Train employees on information security best practices Prepare reports on security incidents and risk assessments Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field Proven experience working as an Information Security Analyst or similar role In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc. Experience with conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS or Azure) Knowledge of regulatory compliance laws (HIPAA, GDPR) Note: This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
