What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Leverage knowledge and experience to drive sales of litigation support services, including eDiscovery and document hosting - Identify new upselling opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor for clients - Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets - Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for potential clients - Manage existing client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings
What is Required (Qualifications): - Proven track record of sales success within the litigation support/eDiscovery market - Ability to showcase a sales brag book demonstrating achievements in quotas and client satisfaction - Strong influence and connections within the eDiscovery industry - Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details clearly - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on account management and sales growth - Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in eDiscovery and litigation support - Strong networking skills to develop and maintain industry connections
