This summer co-op opportunity offers hands-on experience working on challenging projects that directly contribute to GE Appliances’ growth. You’ll be immersed in a dynamic environment, collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Work closely with your mentor:
You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor who will guide you through your rotation, setting specific goals, deliverables, and expectations. Complete innovative, technical assignments:
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, Software Development, or even GEA’s own Micro-Factory, FirstBuild! Enhance your skills:
Attend development and training sessions to boost your technical knowledge and professional development. Network and connect:
Participate in networking events and community volunteer projects. Enjoy optional events:
From lunches and weekend activities to sports and cookouts, you’ll have ample opportunities to connect with fellow co-ops and build relationships outside of work. Location:

Qualifications: Required: Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Computer or Software Engineering) December 2025 or later graduation date Cumulative GPA >= 3.0 (out of 4.0) Legal authorization to work in the United States Desired: Ability to have two or more co-op rotations before graduation Related coursework Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Solid analytical skills Desire and ability to learn Passion for engineering Join our team at GE Appliances and contribute to creating “good things, for life”!
