We are seeking a

Senior Data Analyst

to join our team. This role focuses on data analysis for law enforcement support, requiring investigative data expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work under high-pressure, mission-critical environments. The role involves working with diverse data sets, ensuring accuracy and supporting investigations. Our ideal candidate combines technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities, with a passion for data and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Trend Recognition:

Compile and analyze data from multiple sources, identifying trends across various data sets and targets. Data Accuracy and Assessment:

Monitor data for accuracy, integrity, and relevance. Identify gaps and assess data for investigative use. Investigative Support:

Collaborate with teams to examine data from investigations, developing methods to exploit information. Quality Control & Reporting:

Develop work products, conduct progress reviews, and report findings to leadership. Data Entry:

Input data from various formats into processing systems using appropriate tools. Law Enforcement Support:

Provide support by interacting with agencies and managing data under tight timelines. Data Visualization and Tools:

Use MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to create formulas, charts, and manipulate data. Qualifications

Required: Ability to obtain SECRET clearance with the US government. Bachelor's Degree and 1-year experience OR 5 years of experience without a degree. 5+ years of experience with data analysis/visualization tools like MS Excel, Power BI. 2+ years manipulating unstructured data from various platforms. Skilled in multi-tasking in fast-paced environments with clear stakeholder communication. Local to El Paso, TX or willing to work on-site 5 days a week. Must pass a background investigation and meet eligibility requirements. Preferred: Support experience for 24/7 law enforcement operations. Military or law enforcement background. Experience with law enforcement or drug data. Ability to manage multiple tasks collaboratively in high-paced environments. Strong analytical skills for trend identification and data accuracy. Experience documenting processes and developing SOPs. Experience in reverse engineering and validating data processes. Effective communication of findings during briefings. About
