Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains logistics, plans, and schedules of overall job Possesses ownership of the overall budget and fully understands project cost estimates Heavily involved in subcontractor scope, Exhibit A's, and de-scoping Communicates the overall job plan in detail to subordinates and others Delegates, administers, and corrects work required; supports other Superintendents Reviews and evaluates weekly and monthly labor cost reports Communicates and documents impacts to schedule, logistics, and costs as changes develop Monitors schedule with Project Manager and Project Engineers; approves layoffs; assigns work to field personnel Oversees field operations, supervising personnel and subcontractors Monitors work quality; implements and oversees the Field Quality Control Program Develops the job site safety plan in coordination with Project Superintendents and Safety Engineer Manages construction activity to maintain compliance with contract specifications and standards Maintains job site safety; scans for hazards; takes immediate corrective action Serves as the project's EEO and Affirmative Action representative Supervises and monitors performance of project Superintendents Prepares labor production budgets; maintains labor control in coordination with Superintendents Interfaces with Project Manager to settle union jurisdictional disputes; maintains labor relations Develops accident procedures with Project Manager, Superintendents, and Engineers Reviews and verifies weekly quantities, take-offs, purchasing, and rental equipment Participates in weekly coordination meetings with architects and owners Oversees and reviews job schedules, including look-ahead schedules at three-week and nine-week intervals Participates in schedule, coordination, and safety meetings; chairs finish trade coordination meetings Maintains knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and ensures compliance at all times Required Job Skills:

Effective communication with personnel at multiple levels Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously Work well at project sites in field environments Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent education and work experience considered Minimum of twelve years in field construction management or related field We Offer:
