at Google is responsible for the foundational design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure that support innovation across all Google products. They develop central solutions, remove technical barriers, and enhance existing systems to ensure seamless, safe, and coherent user experiences. What Youll Do: As a
Software Engineer
on the Content Safety On Device team, your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining features
for Googles content safety offerings. Defining complex problem scopes
and designing efficient solutions to support client use cases. Collaborating closely
with other sub-teams based in the Bay Area. Traveling internationally
as needed. What Were Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience with software development in C++ and Kotlin , or 1 year with an advanced degree. 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms
in an academic or industry setting. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience in education or industry with mobile or multi-platform development. Experience in Android development, back-end infrastructure, or security. Experience with Kotlin or Unix/Posix operating systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Why Join Us?
