The Siri Team The Siri team develops innovative technology for virtual assistants, knowledge graphs, and algorithmic search using machine learning, natural language processing, and artificial intelligence. We seek a strong Engineering Program Manager with a proven track record of building and maintaining sophisticated software platforms, tools, and processes that deliver delightful new end-to-end experiences. You will collaborate with top-tier engineering and product teams to serve over 1 billion customers, crafting the high-quality user experiences expected and loved by Apple customers. Your focus will include driving projects related to search relevance, machine learning, and user experience improvements across all major Apple platforms, including iPhone, CarPlay, macOS, and HomePod.

Role: Senior Program Manager You will lead program management efforts for Search and Information within Siri, Spotlight, and Safari. Your responsibilities include:

Communicate:

Provide clear, timely, and objective updates on program status and critical issues to the executive team.

Coordinate:

Facilitate discussions and break down complex issues into manageable topics to align engineering and design efforts, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Plan:

Develop and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical paths, and systematic methodologies. Handle risks, re-plan as necessary, and ensure organizational alignment.

Execute:

Ensure on-time delivery and deployment, identify development needs, and establish checkpoints for progress and status updates.

Problem Solve:

Proactively identify issues and solutions, marshal resources, and coordinate with teams to prioritize tasks, track risks, and maintain schedule and product quality, including managing cross-functional dependencies.
