Duties: Represent clients in court during trials, hearings, and legal proceedings Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with clients and colleagues Negotiate settlements and manage case progress with clients Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures Participate in depositions and client interviews Advise clients on legal options and potential outcomes Requirements: Extensive experience in civil litigation or trial law Strong courtroom presence with the ability to effectively present cases Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage high caseloads while meeting deadlines Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and provide effective legal counsel Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Certifications: Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia Membership in the Georgia Bar Association is preferred Skills: Advanced legal research and writing abilities Excellent negotiation and settlement skills Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations Proficiency in legal management software and Microsoft Office Suite Job Location: Atlanta, GA
