North Dallas Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (VESH) is a

new, state-of-the-art facility in Frisco, Texas , that opened in April 2023—and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a

Medical Director

who’s ready to help shape our hospital’s future, cultivate a strong culture, and guide an exceptional team of emergency doctors.

What Makes North Dallas VESH Different

13,500 sq ft, purpose-built facility with two surgery suites, two special procedures rooms, 6 exam rooms, separate canine & feline ICUs, and dedicated isolation wards. Fully equipped with digital radiology, CT, ultrasound, and a commitment to investing in whatever equipment you need to make our vision of gold standard care a reality. A collaborative, ER-led team that puts patient care first—no egos, just excellence. You’ll have the full support of our hospital leadership team, who are deeply invested in building a collaborative, high-performing culture and ensuring you have what you need to practice top-tier medicine.
