The Patient Care Manager - Hospice assists the Executive Administrator/Director of Clinical Operations with patient care activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant care that meets regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with hospice policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements. Promote and oversee quality of care and safety for patients and staff. Investigate complaints and resolve problems thoroughly. Provide staff in-services on health, safety, regulatory issues, and policies. Minimum of 4+ years full-time RN experience or equivalent required. Education and Experience
License Requirements: Current RN license in the practicing state with at least one year of clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license, insurance, dependable vehicle or access to transportation. Company Overview
