We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee all maintenance operations at our 24/7 frozen dessert manufacturing facility in Stilwell, OK. This role ensures the safety of our people and products, while driving equipment reliability, performance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team (approx. 8 direct, and 60 indirect reports) Ensure a strong safety culture “Leave no space unsafe!” Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventative maintenance to maximize uptime Responsibility for maintenance and MRO budgets, storeroom operations, and capital projects Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, CI, and safety teams Optimize asset utilization with a PM-focused approach Monitor plant performance using data from SAP and equipment systems Mentor and develop team leaders and technicians Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of maintenance leadership, preferably in food manufacturing Experience in bakery, dough processing, or spiral freezer systems is a plus Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and improve plant performance Strong communicator and hands-on leader with a passion for continuous improvement Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $104,625 to $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Years of Related Experience: 10+ years related technical and leadership experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must possess management/supervisory experience. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Good computer skills utilizing SAP, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Ability to train all levels of maintenance positions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Good mechanical, people, math, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with people under stress. Demonstrated organizational ability to handle project management, multiple tasks, prioritizing is necessary, and meeting required deadlines. Good communication and effective, positive interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively in a diverse work group. Previous Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required, preferably in the food industry. Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information. Proactive in seeking solutions and continuous improvement opportunities. Willing to be involved as necessary with all shifts.
