Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr The Vice President of Front-End Revenue Cycle Operations is a key executive leader responsible for the strategic oversight, leadership, and operational management of all aspects of revisit financial and patient financial experience across the healthcare system. This includes scheduling, registration, insurance verification, pre-authorization, financial counseling, call center operations, and patient intake processes. The role ensures seamless access to care, an exceptional patient experience, and the achievement of revenue cycle and operational performance goals. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve front-end RCM operations, satisfaction, and system-wide efficiency. Serve as a senior advisor on front-end RCM best practices, innovations and compliance. Lead all patient access functions across hospitals, outpatient clinics, and specialty care sites. Oversee centralized scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and pre-arrival financial clearance. Builds effective, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., DTP, legal, finance, revenue cycle and clinical departments) Collaborates with financial and DTP contributors to develop and operationalize a transformation roadmap. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks related to patient access. Works collaboratively with revenue cycle leaders on RCM continued optimization with workflow, EPIC and vendor partnerships. Implement continuous improvement strategies to streamline workflows and reduce patient wait times. Works collaboratively with RCM leaders on system implementations, conversions, and upgrades for revenue cycle applications. Promote automation and data-driven decision-making to enhance patient access services. Assesses new technology, performs vendor assessments, creates ROI analyses, and recommends new technology. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with Revenue Cycle leaders, key stakeholders, and fosters a strong working relationship with key strategic partners. Maintains strong understanding of revenue cycle metrics and leads team in building plans to support operational departments to achieve best practice performance through strong analytical capabilities, process improvement identification, and technology enhancements. Champion a patient-centered culture across all access touchpoints. Address escalated patient issues and ensures swift resolution aligned with organizational values. Lead, mentor and develop a large multidisciplinary team of directors, managers, and frontline staff. Promote staff engagement, education and retention through clear communication and leadership. Ensures appropriate functional strategic partners are engaged throughout the process. Monitors and provides regular reporting to senior management on key performance metrics for revenue cycle vendor performance. Brings developing issues and recommended actions to the attention of senior leadership and governance committees. Develops a high-performing team as measured through the achievement of benchmark process outcomes, audit and compliance results, financial goals, and employee satisfaction. Stays current with government regulations regarding billing requirements. Establish goals, objectives, and budgets for assigned areas, and monitors/manages to ensure achievement once approved. Ensures all HIPAA privacy and security standards are adhered to. Performs other duties as required by the CRO or other C-level officers. Ability to objectively appraise and analyze the qualifications and performance of others as well as the ability to plan and direct their activities. Ability to judge the appropriate action in response to changes, circumstances or problems. Ability to effectively manage change and be capable of implementing new courses of action. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

: Extensive demonstrated success in front-end RCM leadership role in a large not-for-profit/academic health system facility or corporate environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, experience with making presentations to, and dealing with senior management. Financial management skills, including the ability to analyze financial data for operations and vendor performance. Strong leadership skills to motivate cross-departmental teams’ performance towards excellence using team concepts and consensus-building management styles. Advanced/ effective interpersonal, written/ verbal communication, and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate complex finance concepts to others without a finance background. Demonstrated ability to engage in positive, powerful persuasion with individuals or groups with diverse opinions and/ or agendas, leading to outcomes that meet identified goals. Ability to enlist cooperation and build teams committed to carrying out initiatives in environments that may be resistant to change and not under the incumbent’s direct authority. Ability to translate key performance indicator levels into a finance-based business case, then design, implement, and manage more effective/ efficient processes. The ability to maintain a high level of positive energy/ creativity during periods of elevated work demands. Ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment and deliver quality outcomes. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels throughout the organization. Strong Leadership skills. Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum of 10 years of revenue cycle, healthcare operations or patient access. Deep knowledge of patient access services, revenue cycle processes, regulatory requirements, and healthcare IT systems, (Epic). Proven ability to lead large teams in complex, matrixed healthcare environments. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with C-Level report outs. Education

: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business or related required filed required: Master’s degree strongly preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS
