Amazon Flex's Product & Technology team is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager to lead our Product and Program team. You will be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers and program managers for raising the bar on vision, product definition and time to market. This team supports our Amazon Flex products along with frameworks and tools for our science and program teams. The successful candidate will look at the big picture from business and technical perspectives and be key to supporting the large technical scale, growth and complexity.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Product and Program managers to build the best in-class experiences for Flex across Recruiting, Onboarding, Evaluation and Engagement. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide the product strategy Set the right success metrics for the product, make data driven decisions to shape the product roadmap and closely work with engineering teams on product delivery. Build a fluid product set for global audience, that solves for the dynamic security and compliance regulations across the world Lead the discussions/updates with senior leadership and drive key decisions Partner with cross functional stakeholders on understanding different facets of the product, like legal, PR, compliance, marketing etc. to build the right experiences Play a key role in shaping the technical strategy of the product by closely working with the engineering team Work with marketing and design teams to create delightful experiences and go-to market strategies

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of team management experience Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
