Siemens Digital Industries Software (DI SW) is expanding its Artificial Intelligence offerings to enhance its product portfolio and improve customer value and efficiency. A central “Data & AI Program” has been established to coordinate AI initiatives across segments. We seek a passionate professional to join as a Principal Product Manager reporting to the Global AI Program Manager. This cross-segment role requires extensive collaboration across DI SW segments, product lines, and broader Siemens units, including partnerships with external entities like hyperscalers. Note:

Define and align AI vision and strategy across DI SW segments, achieving tangible wins. Monitor market dynamics and adapt AI strategies accordingly. Lead thought leadership and communicate product directions to stakeholders. Collaborate with various teams to gather feedback and develop market solutions. Manage cross-business AI product offerings and coordinate activities with multiple product managers. Support monetization efforts, including pricing and packaging of AI solutions. Maintain an inventory of AI capabilities across all businesses. Engage with partners like AWS and Microsoft for strategic collaborations. Skills & Abilities Required:
Strong background in both business and technical roles. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA is a plus. 10+ years in technical product management and enterprise software. Experience in cross-organizational engagement and interfacing with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Knowledge:
Understanding of AI technologies like Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agents. Knowledge of enterprise data architecture and industrial sectors.
