Base pay range:
$100,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Prospect for potential clients via cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs.
Guide clients on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements.
Coordinate property showings, open houses, and tours.
Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate closings.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Utilize marketing strategies to promote listings.
Handle administrative tasks like contracts, client databases, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License (guidance provided if not licensed).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Sales and marketing expertise.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with real estate technology and software.
