General Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing and implementing the Operational Readiness and Change Management strategies, collaborating with leaders to ensure Epic go-live preparedness. This includes documenting workflows, analyzing impacts, escalating risks, and leading risk mitigation plans. Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage operational readiness strategy and plan. Oversee timeline and scope of readiness components. Coordinate with workstream leads and application teams for alignment. Review governance and decision documentation. Lead operational readiness activities and rehearsals. Prepare logistics for readiness activities. Document change impacts from current to future workflows. Define metrics to measure readiness. Conduct change impact analyses and present findings. Communicate goals with stakeholders. Develop strategies for successful adoption of workflow changes. Assist in go-live readiness assessments. Collaborate with training teams for material development. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years of experience in change management or operational readiness. Epic experience preferred; work experience may substitute for education. Licenses / Certifications / Registrations Epic certification(s) preferred.
