Program Manager
for the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and other aerospace system development, acquisition, operations, and sustainment efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to support the US Air and Space Forces’ acquisition and integration of next-generation technologies and capabilities. The program manager will work with a highly skilled team providing programmatic support for the next-generation ICBM, the LGM-35A Sentinel, including integrating efforts across the ICBM enterprise and other DoD customers and stakeholders. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting the acquisition and development of the ICBM Futures Division. This position will provide acquisition program management, integration oversight, risk management, strategy development, organizational and change management, interface with operations and logistics, business analysis, and assist the government in planning and development activities for this large acquisition program. As a people manager, you will lead a team focused on emerging technologies, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to foster professional and technical growth. You will be responsible for managing personnel resources, including staffing, training, and career development, and promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Standard Required Qualifications: 10 years' experience in direct Program Management (7 years with master's degree / 4 years with PhD) DOD acquisitions experience Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams; able to define strategic goals, plan operations, and implement tactical customer guidance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Active Secret (or higher) security clearance Preferred Qualifications: ICBM maintenance or operations experience ICBM acquisitions experience Project Management Professional Certification Active DoD Top Secret Clearance Experience with Agile Development Knowledge of Earned Value Management and Control Account Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 Basic Compensation:
$106,654 - $181,311 The offered rate will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and internal parity considerations. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other incentives, including sign-on bonuses, relocation benefits, short-term and long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance, in accordance with internal policies or contractual agreements.
