IPR Patent Attorney
to join its growing intellectual property litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Candidates with up to 8 years of experience will be considered if they are comfortable with the stated salary range. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in post-grant proceedings, including IPRs, before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Draft petitions, responses, expert declarations, and other filings related to IPR matters Assist with related district court patent litigation strategy and coordination Conduct technical and legal research in support of PTAB litigation and strategy Communicate directly with clients, experts, and co-counsel regarding case strategy and filings Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing 3–5 years of direct experience handling IPR matters; up to 8 years of total experience will be considered Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a closely related technical field Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment This is an excellent opportunity for a technically trained attorney to join a practice with a strong reputation in PTAB and IP litigation work.
