Aon Reinsurance’s Capital Advisory is seeking an expert Senior Underwriter to join our leadership team and drive revenue growth through developing prospective structured reinsurance solutions for clients in the property and casualty insurance industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to support Aon Reinsurance Solutions' strategic priorities and develop the Global Center of Excellence for Structured Reinsurance Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of the Global Center of Excellence for Structured Reinsurance Solutions.

Drive revenue growth by managing relationships with brokers and reinsurance markets to generate new business and renew existing contracts.

Implement best practices for structuring and pricing reinsurance solutions.

Support the development of placement analyses, internal communications, and client presentations.

Stay informed of market dynamics and demonstrate market cycle awareness.

Skills and Experience

15+ years of experience in underwriting structured reinsurance at a global reinsurer.

Proactive self-starter with a passion for new business development.

Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in internal and external interactions.

Excellent analytical, communication, and digital skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information The salary range for U.S. applicants is $250,000 to $300,000 annually, with potential bonuses and incentives. Benefits include 401(k), stock purchase plans, health insurance, and more. This is a full-time, full-benefit position with flexible work solutions.
