Senior Pricing & Analytics Manager
to lead the evolution of our monetization strategy. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you’ll sit at the crossroads of pricing strategy, product analytics, and commercial growth—using data to drive smarter decisions and stronger results. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we price and package our products by leveraging customer behavior insights, competitive intelligence, and in-depth analysis. Success in this role requires sharp analytical thinking, strategic acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, and finance. To support effective collaboration across time zones with teams in both the US and Europe, we're looking for someone based on the
East Coast of the US . What you will be doing
Shape Pricing Strategy : Analyze customer usage, product adoption, and market dynamics to design data-informed pricing and packaging models. Enable Revenue Growth : Partner with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to optimize tiers, deal structures, and monetization tactics. Drive Customer Insight : Monitor usage behavior and buying patterns to identify upsell opportunities, churn risks, and product value drivers. Support Competitive Positioning : Conduct market and competitor pricing research to ensure we remain differentiated and aligned with industry trends. Deliver Analytics & Reporting : Build dashboards, models, and reports that inform leadership and drive decision-making. Maintain Governance : Support discounting frameworks, pricing integrity, and internal alignment on pricing policies. What we are looking for
Experience : Proven background in
pricing strategy, analytics, or monetization
roles within
B2B SaaS, cloud, or high-growth technology
companies. Consulting experience on pricing/monetization in tech also welcome. Technical Skills : Strong in data analysis tools – Excel, SQL, Python – and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or ThoughtSpot. Pricing Knowledge : Experience with
SaaS and consumption-based pricing models
is highly preferred. Strategic & Commercial Thinking : You connect data with business goals and can communicate pricing decisions across technical and non-technical teams. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated compensation range for this position is $114,400 - $171,600, but the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
