to support a restricted cloud-based program in Annapolis Junction, MD. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing desktop support for the customer, focusing on building virtualized servers. Location:
Annapolis Junction, MD Shifts:
Day Shift Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the customer and end-users regarding technical issues. Perform troubleshooting, patching, configuration, and remediation support for hardware and software. Manage ticketing system to track issues and document tasks. Qualifications:
Active Top Secret - SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Interest and willingness to learn technical support duties. Experience with Linux and/or Windows environments. Experience with Tier I or II IT Support. Desired Skills:
Help desk or desktop support experience, including hardware troubleshooting. Exposure to VDI, virtualization, and Linux (RHEL) systems. Compensation:
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, federal holidays, and sick leave. Application Period:
