We are looking for a talented individual to join our Workfront Product Management team in the Digital Retail organization. This position supports employees across multiple organizations to maximize efficiency in existing workflows, implement and onboard new processes, and provide vital training and guidance materials to end users to improve organizational capabilities within the Adobe Workfront platform. The ideal candidate demonstrates a talent for promoting collaboration, influencing innovation, and exploring new approaches or technologies in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Responsibilities Develop training tools, processes, and practices to increase awareness of initiatives, product updates & enhancements, and end user confidence Own specific project designs, implementation, and training/guidance related to the Workfront platform Collaborate with product owners, technology partners, key stakeholders, and users on requirements capture Apply sound data capture and taxonomy practices to all work Facilitate open communication channels to promote collaboration and alignment Ensure effective communication across departments and groups Nurture stakeholders in using Workfront and other productivity tools to facilitate adoption and streamline processes Design, develop, deploy, and document implementations, including integrated solutions Develop Workfront reporting to support monitoring and organizational goals Participate in product roadmap discussions and long-term planning What you have 2+ years’ experience with Adobe Workfront including roles such as Group Administrator, System Administrator, or implementation specialist Proficiency in creating and delivering training, communication plans, and digital newsletters Experience working in Agile teams and project management skills Active listening and critical thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to analyze processes, propose, and implement solutions Adaptive communication style to connect with diverse stakeholders Understanding of marketing, content lifecycles, and digital/print work management (preferred) Effective time management and multi-tasking skills Adherence to processes, regulations, and risk mitigation Passion for problem solving and quick learning Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workfront Fusion and/or Workato; knowledge of Adobe stack, Jira, Naehas Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field In addition to salary, this role is eligible for bonus or incentives.
