Build strategies for optimizing inbound, outbound, and inventory flow, ensuring efficient product movement across the network. Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Continuously identify new opportunities to innovate and improve Walmart’s supply chain, using emerging technologies and processes.
