Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of one critical launch domain: regulatory approvals, campus build-outs, onboarding systems, or financial operations Exercise full decision authority with cross-functional teams Develop and implement scalable operational playbooks Work directly with founders and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure without bureaucracy Utilize AI and automation to improve operational efficiency Qualifications
Minimum 3 years at a top strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) Proven success leading cross-functional operations in high-pressure environments Expertise in at least one of: regulatory navigation, site development, onboarding systems, or financial operations Decisive, methodical thinker capable of independent execution U.S. work authorization and ability to travel ~25% Proficiency with AI tools for operational efficiency About 2 Hour Learning 2 Hour Learning is revolutionizing education with AI-driven personalized learning, enabling students to master academics in just two hours daily.
