Authorizing Official/Designating Representative
with the authority to formally assume responsibility for operating an information system at an acceptable level of risk to organizational operations, assets, individuals, other organizations, and the Nation (CNSSI 4009). Responsibilities and abilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Manage and approve Accreditation Packages (e.g., ISO/IEC 15026-2). Review authorization and assurance documents to ensure risk levels are acceptable for software applications, systems, and networks. Establish acceptable risk limits for software, networks, or systems. Assess and forecast manpower requirements. Develop policies, plans, and strategies in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards. Coordinate cyber operations with other organizational functions. Identify external partners with shared cyber interests. Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, policies, and guidance. Implement privacy principles and programs across departments. Relate strategy, business, and technology within organizational dynamics. Understand technology, management, and leadership issues related to organizational processes. Apply cybersecurity and privacy principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation). Identify critical infrastructure systems lacking security considerations. Minimum Requirements for this Position: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering from an accredited institution. Meet DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification (e.g., CAP, CASP, CISM, CISSP, CCISO). Top Secret SCI Clearance. About the Organization: RiVidium Inc.
