This role focuses on optimizing clinical workflows, improving process efficiency, and collaborating with clinical leaders to align Epic solutions with the specific needs of care areas. The successful candidate will have experience in identifying and resolving clinical challenges and implementing Epic-driven solutions to support high-quality patient care. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 7 years of experience in information systems/technology and/or EPIC, with strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information to various stakeholders. Preferred experience in change management and user adoption strategies. Ability to translate challenges into seamless solutions, preferred. Experience with end-to-end workflows, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Epic Certification in at least one module relevant to clinical workflows or provider tools. Must obtain within 3 months of hire. Physical Requirements:
Light Physical Agility Test (PAT) Rating. The employee must frequently stand, sit, walk, use hands, fingers, talk, or hear.
