Job Summary
The Manager, Commercial Training Excellence will play a key role in developing all commercial staff within the Biopharma department. The role requires a solid understanding of market access, field, and marketing strategies to design and manage skill development workshops and learning programs that enable executional excellence. The manager will ensure consistent communication between all commercial leaders and departments, acting as an advanced training and development liaison. This position will partner with Fresenius Kabi HR on programs such as competency models, career pathing, and professional development for all commercial roles, from marketing to sales to market access. The manager will collaborate with the commercial operations excellence team on initiatives supporting the business, including digital execution, new hire onboarding, and global initiatives for commercial excellence. The role demands collaborative work with various stakeholders and project management skills to ensure timely completion. Key attributes include excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork ability. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work in Lake Zurich, Illinois, three days a week. Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year. The position is eligible for a bonus plan targeting 10% of the base salary. Partner with marketing leads on launch needs, including pre-launch, launch workshops, and post-meeting skill enhancement. Measure success of programs using coaching reports, surveys, and digital effectiveness tools. Collaborate with sales and leadership on career development tools and programs to enhance skills and organizational leadership. Work with compliance, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure training aligns with promotional guidelines. Provide guidance to field personnel, fostering critical thinking and best practices through proactive questions and learning methods. Conduct needs assessments, analyze business needs, identify talent gaps, and align learning solutions with business goals. Lead planning and participation in National Sales Meetings and Regional 'Plan of Action' Meetings. Work closely with executive leaders to support identified training needs. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 2+ years in Pharmaceutical Learning and Development. Biosimilar experience preferred. Proven ability to communicate effectively with business leaders to develop innovative learning methodologies. Experience leading organizational change initiatives. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Excellent planning, organizational skills, and business acumen. Understanding of field and customer perspectives, and ability to communicate these insights to internal leaders for strategic decisions. Willingness and ability to travel for meetings and training initiatives. Additional Information
