Web Developer (Django)

Our client, a leading federal defense contractor, is seeking a highly experienced Web Software Developer with strong skills in Django and SQL Server. The Web Software Developer will collaborate with a small team to design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications aimed at modernizing data and design information management for our customers. The web applications will enable the product development team to store project data in a relational database, providing complex rebuild, upgrade, and sustainment information for the customer. Additionally, the data will support data mining activities related to maintaining licensed software installations, license allocation, and system configurations. Required Skills Must be a US Citizen due to government requirements Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (active Secret clearance preferred at the time of hire) Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred Extensive experience designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining web applications using the Django Python Framework and Microsoft SQL Server Key Skills and Technologies include: Web development with MS SQL experience Django Python Framework Version control with GitLab and Git Proficiency in HTML5, HTMX, JavaScript, and CSS
