About The Role We are seeking a high-performing, self-sufficient FP&A Manager to join our strategic finance team. The FP&A Manager will operate within the Capacity Finance organization, supporting the Capacity Finance Lead through owning Cloud hardware efficiency. This position will be responsible for providing financial insights, analyses, and recommendations to drive cost optimization, improve resource utilization, and enhance the overall financial performance of our cloud hardware operations/utilization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, use, and economics, have excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and operations teams. Responsibilities

Lead data center power and hardware efficiency initiatives within FP&A Establish processes to create hardware efficiency targets (KPIs and dollar savings) Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify and track KPIs related to cloud hardware operational efficiency (e.g., server utilization, power efficiency, cost per compute hour) Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on financial results, budget variance, and KPI results, communicating analyses to key stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement Conduct in-depth financial analysis of operational data to identify new cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains Evaluate the financial impact of various hardware configurations, resource management strategies, and infrastructure projects Support capacity and financial forecasts, ensuring efficiency targets are incorporated into all updates Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, applied mathematics, economics, or related field; or equivalent experience. An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred. 7-10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles Previous experience in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure (data centers, cloud, etc.) Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven track record of complex analyses Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with management or executive stakeholders Solid understanding of financial principles, including GAAP, financial modeling, and budgeting High self-sufficiency with a proven ability to self-teach and adapt Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or SQL is a plus Our compensation ranges from $160,000 to $200,000, based on market, experience, and skills.
