Job Title: Omni-Channel Expansion Manager Key Responsibilities 1. Retail Channel Expansion & Market Entry Lead expansion into key retail channels (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Target, iHerb), across both online platforms and physical stores Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new retail partners, including pricing architecture, merchandising strategy, and promotional planning Own the onboarding process: contract negotiation, EDI setup, packaging/label compliance, and platform integration Identify and evaluate new retail opportunities (e.g., health stores, regional chains, e-commerce platforms) to grow brand presence 2. Sales Performance & Inventory Optimization Monitor channel sell-through data, inventory velocity, and replenishment needs Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and mitigate operational bottlenecks Track POS and portal data across platforms to optimize assortment and performance 3. Channel-Specific Trade Marketing & Activation Plan and execute online and offline retail activations: seasonal promotions, in-store demos, digital ad placements, and product launches Collaborate with internal marketing team to localize creative and develop channel-specific brand assets Measure campaign effectiveness by monitoring ROI, TACoS, conversion rates, and other key metrics 4. Account & Relationship Management Serve as primary liaison for channel partners, including retail buyers, category managers, and service providers Resolve operational issues such as chargebacks, return logistics, and compliance discrepancies Represent the brand at trade shows, buyer meetings, and partnership summits to drive new opportunities Qualifications & Requirements Must-Have 3+ years of experience in U.S. retail channel expansion or omnichannel sales operations Strong track record in launching and scaling brands across mass-market and specialty retailers (e.g., Costco, Walmart, iHerb) Familiarity with retail systems: vendor portals (Retail Link, iHerb Portal), EDI, compliance workflows Solid analytical skills; proficient in Excel, data tools, and interpreting sell-through & inventory reports Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner meetings and trade events Nice-to-Have Experience working with emerging brands or dietary supplement / wellness CPG products Knowledge of hybrid sales models (e.g., DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop) and how to bridge traffic across channels Existing relationships with U.S. retail buyers or distributor networks Seniority level
