Techno-Functional Leader

with deep expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

to own and optimize ERP support operations for a high-impact role within a global manufacturing and life sciences organization. This is a hands-on role focused on post-implementation support, systems stability, ticket management, and continuous improvement within a complex, highly customized D365 environment. You will be responsible for leading operations within the Help Desk, collaborating across internal IT teams, and ensuring service tickets and system issues are resolved efficiently. This is not an implementation role it’s about keeping the lights on, improving KPIs, stabilizing systems, and being the operational glue that keeps ERP functions running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Own day-to-day operations of the

D365 F&O ERP support function Serve as the

go-to technical lead

for post-implementation system support, troubleshooting, and escalation Partner with cross-functional IT teams (BSAs, PMs, Data Engineers, Infrastructure) to resolve incidents, manage changes, and support patches/upgrades Lead

incident & ticket management

via

ServiceNow (SNOW) , ensuring timely resolution of issues and clear documentation Identify, define, and implement

new KPIs

and metrics to measure and improve system performance and support operations Work closely with 3rd party ISVs (e.g., Blue Jay, Thompson Reuters, Pricing ISV, Custom Distribution Solutions) Support multiple modules:

Accounts Payable, Cost Management, Procurement, Treasury, Product Information Management, Warehouse, Production , and more Troubleshoot

heavily customized X++ extensions

and custom integrations across platforms Interface with business leaders and provide insights on system performance, downtime risk, and roadmap stability Serve as a stabilizing force during monthly releases, patch deployments, and operational escalations Be

on call

for critical system events or outages during weekends if necessary (not a 24/7 shop, but critical response is expected) Location:

Fairfield, CT (Fully Onsite, M-F 8AM–5PM EST) Travel:
