Overview We are seeking a highly self-motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented people manager to lead our ‘Seller Experience/ CRM’ Center Of Excellence. The team identifies and utilizes advanced technologies to improve sales-interfacing workflows with the objective to boost revenue and operational efficiency. The role entails managing a high performing team that defines the overarching CRM workflow strategy (e.g., Customer Prioritization, Account Plans, Pipeline Management, Next Best Actions, etc.) for the Sales organization and implements it into a scalable, integrated process and technology system. This position requires a strong background in Sales Operations and specifically, the development, implementation, and optimization of CRM/sales automation initiatives that yield actionable business insights. You will lead a team of CRM subject matter experts, define automation priorities aligned with sales goals, drive the development of tools (1st/3rd party), and ensure their successful adoption and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an independent operator with strong analytical skills capable of translating data into automation initiatives, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics, owning CRM objectives either directly or through influence. Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills are essential. What you'll bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Operations, or Consulting. Managerial experience leading high-performing teams. Experience in process design, standardization, and continuous improvement. Experience working with internal product teams and third-party solutions. Proficiency with sales automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales engagement technologies. Knowledge of inside sales tools like Gong, Outreach, and CRM-integrated platforms. Proven success in workflow automation and sales process improvement. Strong understanding of sales processes and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a cross-functional setting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Define the sales workflow and insights strategy for CRM systems. Oversee design and integration of sales tools and systems. Manage CRM project portfolio, timelines, and resources. Lead development and deployment of sales applications. Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize tools. Lead and mentor Sales Operations team members. Stay updated on CRM trends and evolve strategy accordingly. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with pay-for-performance rewards. The expected base salary range is: Bay Area, CA: $210,000 - $284,000 Southern California: $186,000 - $252,500 This role is eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
