Java Developer - Senior : On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Java Developer - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Phoenix office. Java Developer - Senior - Job Description : Stock Plan Services focuses on supporting equity compensation for our B2B clients. The project involves launching a consolidated platform of microsites to combine segregated applications into a holistic user experience. The successful candidate will lead the technical design and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. Java Developer - Senior - Responsibilities : Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of application systems Coach a scrum team in Java and Cloud Development platforms Ensure deliverables meet code quality and best practices Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members Lead development on Proof-of-Concept projects Participate in agile ceremonies and lead technology solutioning Prepare high-level design and architecture documents Java Developer - Senior - Mandatory Skills : 5-7 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science or related subject 3-5 years experience with Java, Spring-Boot, Spring Framework, Cloud-based development Experience coaching junior developers Strong expertise in system design Experience in the full SDLC including delivery Experience with Atlassian tool suites Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence Experience using IDE and GIT repositories for code management Java Developer - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills : Experience with test-driven or behavior-driven development Frontend design and coding experience with Angular or similar tools Experience with configuring automated builds and deployments Experience with creating Bamboo pipelines for CI / CD Security champion experience Java Developer - Senior – Assignment Length : This is a 12-month contract position. Java Developer - Senior - Start Date : ASAP. Java Developer - Senior - Assignment Location : Hybrid in Phoenix, with 2 days onsite at the office. Open to Southlake, Omaha, and Denver as well.
