Position: Project Controls Manager
Reports to: Director of Finance
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000

Superior is looking for a Project Controls Manager to lead and manage our Project Finance function. They will oversee the Cost-to-Complete (CTC) process for all active projects, including the implementation of project controls, including cost control and budget alignment as well as schedule management. This role is located at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, while closely collaborating with the broader Finance team Act as a liaison between Finance and Project Operations, fostering strong cross-functional relationships Lead weekly Cost-to-Complete (CTC) meetings with operations and leadership to ensure consistency across projects Reconcile project estimates with executed contracts and identify fair adjustments to achieve corporate goals Align project schedules with CTCs, ensuring consistency with the master schedule Set Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) targets and track team performance against defined goals Promote accountability by supporting project teams in the reporting and analysis of job performance Oversee job cost control processes and safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in project controls

Your Expertise
Required: You have at least 8 years of experience in project management, project finance, or a related field Required: You earned your Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Finance Bonus Points: You’re familiar with Finance in the construction industry
